Video: Babywearing Forward Facing Sling

This is a very short video tutorial on babywearing. It shows how you can wear your baby forward facing in a sling or wrap style carrier. Many people are only familiar with the cradle carry for infants but this forward facing is absolutely wonderful once your baby has head control. It allows him or her to check out what is going on and see what you see. In addition, chiropractors warn against baby carriers such as Baby Bjorn, which essentially hang the baby by its crotch. The seated position used in this video is much more comfortable and healthy for your baby. My daughter loved to sit like this until she was about a year and a half old and just couldn’t fit inside the sling any more.
