What is a nursing necklace?

Babies love to pinch and pull. Usually that means a nursing mother’s hair, shirt or other clothing is pulled on and twisted. This is where nursing necklaces come in!

A nursing necklace is a necklace designed to give your baby something to safely explore while nursing. A well made, bright necklace attracts their attention and allows them to safely play while they nurse. This results in a more relaxing time for both mother and baby.

Designed for the baby?

Yes, nursing necklaces are designed to keep baby’s attention but that doesn’t mean they can only be red, white and black, or pastel pinks and blues in zoo animal shapes! It means they’ve been tested to withstand a baby’s pulling without breaking.

Mamas can wear stylish, funky nursing necklaces made from gorgeous gemstones with healing energies that are designed to improve mind, body, and soul. You don’t need to give up your sense of style just because you’re a mama.

The perfect new mother gift

Nursing necklaces are a wonderful new mother gift. So often new mothers get so caught up in their child-caring role that they don’t have time to pamper themselves or stay in touch with their own unique styles. Those first few months can be overwhelming. Give the new mother in your life a beautiful gift that shows her you honor her style, her beauty, and her new role as a mother. She’ll appreciate that the baby can safely explore the necklace while she enjoys the beauty of a hand-designed gemstone necklace that can be worn anytime. It’s a gift that can be worn long after a child has weaned and bring back sweet memories of those special baby days.Natura Flow Nursing CD

Are they only for nursing mothers?

Any mother or caregiver will appreciate a nursing necklace! Babies also love to play with nursing necklaces while being held in a sling or baby carrier, or while bottle feeding. A stylish nursing necklace also makes a thoughtful gift for a grandmother, nanny, baby sitter, or day care provider.

  1. This is one of the few ideas I didn’t think of when my boys were young. I have a lot of nieces and nephews under the age of 3 right now, living next door, and this may be something I need to pass on to the mothers.
